  • For ease of postage all largescale original paintings are unframed and carefully rolled and protected with acid-free paper and then placed in a strong cardboard tube, sealed securely, and shipped with full insurance, tracking, and signature on delivery to ensure it arrives safely and ready for framing.

  • Paintings are posted using recycled packaging that protects all the sides and corners. The front of the art work is protected with cardboard and everything is carefully wrapped for the courier. Each piece is individually packed so size may vary from piece to piece. But rest assured, your art work is packaged to the highest standard.

    All artwork bought over £50 has FREE WORLDWIDE POSTAGE. Larger scale paintings are wrapped in acid-free tissue and come in a 3mm thick recycled cardboard tube. All packaging is designed to give you peace of mind and protect your art work so that it arrives safely and in pristine condition.

  • Original artwork will be packed and shipped within 10 working days. Within the UK pieces are sent by courier or Parcel Force depending on size and weight.  Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping but please allow 10-14 days in total. If for some reason your delivery hasn’t arrived in the expected time please contact me so we can investigate the situation. If you live overseas this timescale maybe longer.

  • Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We accept no responsibility for additional charges.

    Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.

 Returns

  • All work is carefully and securely packaged. The artwork will be insured in the event that any damages occur during delivery. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch via email. Alternatively, if the artwork is damaged inside please contact me within 7 days and if possible send photographs so we can discuss the next step.

  • Hopefully this doesn’t happen, but if it does, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. The full cost of the return delivery is your responsibility. Once the artwork has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.

  • At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.
